How to use

Place the bin on a worktop, inside a drawer or mount it on a wall bracket (bracket sold separately). Use the stay-open lid while preparing food to collect peels and scraps, then close the lid when finished. When full, lift the bin by its handle, use the bottom grip to steady it and empty the contents into a compost heap or an organic waste container. Clean by hand with mild detergent and rinse; the smooth plastic interior has no nooks or rims that trap residue.
