Headband Braders Fenix AFH-10 gray — elastic accessory for head-mounted lights

Braders Fenix AFH-10 gray is an elastic headband accessory designed to secure head-mounted lights and small devices. Made to fit a wide range of lamp models, the band offers an adjustable circumference and a low-profile design that keeps lamps stable during movement. The gray textile is intended for everyday outdoor and work use where a secure, comfortable hold is required.

Advantages

The elastic construction provides flexible fit and tension control to hold headlamps in place without slipping. The lightweight fabric reduces bulk on the forehead while maintaining grip and breathability. The simple adjustment mechanism allows quick resizing for different head sizes and for use over caps or helmets. Compatibility with many headlamp designs makes it a practical spare or replacement accessory.

Suitable for

• Trail running, jogging and night walking
• Hiking and backpacking
• Cycling where a front-mounted light is required
• Hands-free work: repairs, construction, and inspection tasks
• Outdoor sports and general recreational activities

When it may not be suitable

This headband is intended to secure compact head-mounted lights and small accessories; it may not provide a safe or stable fit for large, heavy lamps or devices that exceed the band’s holding capacity. It is not a replacement for purpose-built helmet mounts or specially designed harnesses required in industrial safety or high-impact environments.

Key specifications

• Material: elastic textile blend for stretch and comfort
• Color: gray
• Adjustment: adjustable length for different head sizes and over hats/helmets
• Compatibility: designed for use with many compact head-mounted lights
• Weight: lightweight construction for reduced forehead pressure

How to use

Place the headband around the head with the lamp mount area aligned to the forehead. Fit the lamp into the band’s holder or attach the lamp to the band following the lamp manufacturer’s instructions, then adjust the band tension until the lamp feels secure and stable without excessive pressure. For use over a cap or helmet, increase the band length and check stability before activity. Inspect the band periodically for wear and retension as needed during prolonged use.

What to consider before purchase

• Check the physical size and mounting method of your headlamp to ensure compatibility
• Consider whether you need a band suitable for use over helmets or thick headwear
• Assess whether a lightweight elastic band is sufficient for the weight of your lamp

Usage recommendations

Use the Braders Fenix AFH-10 gray headband with compact headlamps for running, hiking and hands-free tasks. Regularly inspect the elastic for signs of stretching or abrasion and replace if fit becomes loose. For heavy or specialized lamps, choose a dedicated mount or helmet-compatible solution.
