How to use

Set up the aluminium tripod on a firm, level surface and attach the azimuth mount. Secure the telescope tube to the mount and balance if necessary. Insert the chosen eyepiece (start with 20 mm for wider field) and use the 5x24 finder to align the telescope on a bright reference object or star. Use the altitude fine adjustment and azimuth control to center the target in the eyepiece. For higher magnification switch to the 12.5 mm or 4 mm eyepiece and, if needed, add the 1.5x inverting lens. Use the 90° zenith mirror for comfortable viewing of objects near the zenith.

Usage recommendations

For best results observe from a dark location away from strong artificial lights, allow the telescope to reach ambient temperature before detailed viewing, and start with low magnification to locate objects before increasing power.
