The BRIO Lift and Load Train (Train BRIO 7312350330618) brings harbour logistics to tabletop play. The battery-operated container ship, multi-function crane and boxcar combine with a raise-and-lower bridge to create interactive loading and transportation scenarios that support motor skill development and imaginative play for children and family playtime.
This set includes a battery-powered ship and a train with a crane that loads and unloads cargo, plus a bridge that opens for passing vessels. The parts are made in multicolour finishes and the set is compact and lightweight for easy handling by young children. It uses one AA battery (not included) and is compatible with other BRIO wooden railway systems and accessories.
Install one AA battery into the battery compartment of the ship following the polarity markings. Place the container ship on the water section of the play layout and position the train on the rails. Use the multi-function crane to lift cargo from the ship and slide open the boxcar doors to store cargo securely. Open the bridge when the ship needs to pass beneath the railway, then close it to allow the train to continue on its route.
Suitable for supervised play for young children under 3 years due to small parts. Combine with other BRIO wooden railway components to expand scenarios. Remove batteries when the set is not in use to prevent corrosion.
