BRITA P 1000 is a replacement water filter cartridge designed to reduce limescale formation, chlorine and chlorinated taste and odour, and metals such as lead and copper. The cartridge filters up to 1200 liters (depending on water hardness) and is intended for on-demand household water improvement and appliance protection. It fits under-sink or compact systems, is easy to replace and typically lasts 3–6 months depending on usage and water hardness.
