The Brodit 712306 active holder secures and charges mobile phones and smartphones while mounted. It connects automatically to the charging cable when the device is placed in the holder and is powered from the vehicle cigarette lighter socket (12/24 V). The holder is made of black ABS/Acetal plastic and includes a tilt swivel for angle adjustments and rotation between portrait and landscape modes. Mounting plate dimensions are 42 x 50 mm with 4 mm AMPS-style holes. Made in Sweden.

Advantages

The holder charges the device while it remains in the cradle, enabling continuous power during use. An easy-switching system allows replacement of the holder without redoing the cable installation by using a Molex 6-pin quick connector.
