The RAM Mounts Tough-Claw Small Clamp Base with Ball (RAP-B-400U) is a compact, tool-less mounting base designed to clamp securely to round, square and irregular rails and bars. It accepts rail and tube diameters from 0.625" to 1.5" and can also be used on flat surfaces up to 1.14" thick. The product is finished in black and includes the mounting ball for attaching compatible RAM arms and device holders.
