It accepts an increased cable jacket diameter range of 10 mm, offers resistance to welding sputter and many chemical substances, and features a metal housing for improved durability. The housing meets UL 94V-0 flammability requirements and includes a snap-on clip for color coding after assembly; the cable can be pushed through when the plug housing is preassembled. Compatible plug inserts include E-DAT Industry RJ45 field plug insert and E-DAT Industry RJ45 plug insert.
