With a nominal diameter of 6.5 mm and a one-metre length, this heat-shrink tube provides a tight, durable covering for connectors, joints and exposed conductors in electronics, automotive and electrical installations. It is flexible, resists flame up to 125°C and meets industry safety standards.

How to use

Cut the heat-shrink tube to the required length, slide it over the cable or joint, then apply uniform heat until the tube has fully recovered and conforms tightly to the underlying components. Recommended heat source options include a heat gun, hot air station or controlled oven; avoid open flames to prevent local overheating. Allow the tube to cool and verify that the fit is secure and concentric.

Usage recommendations

For best results, select a tube with an initial diameter sufficient to pass over connectors and terminals before shrinking. Apply heat evenly and monitor temperature to reach the specified shrinkage temperature (~90°C) without exceeding the tube's maximum continuous use temperature (125°C).
