The Caran d'Ache Neocolor Wax pastel set contains 40 permanent wax-oil pastels in assorted colours. Developed with over 60 years of experience, these Neocolor I sticks are designed for consistent application on a wide range of surfaces and for multiple artistic techniques. The pastels are water-resistant when dry, have creamy texture and high covering power, and are suitable for artists of all ages.

Advantages

These superior-quality wax-oil pastels offer a creamy laydown and strong opacity that make them economical to use. They provide excellent lightfastness and are formulated to be 100% usable with minimal waste. The sticks are water-resistant when dry and comply with CE EN71 and ASTM D4236 safety standards.
