Carson XS Deep Sea Dragon Radio-Controlled Submarine with Electric Engine

The Carson XS Deep Sea Dragon is a radio-controlled toy submarine powered by an electric engine, designed to provide an engaging and entertaining underwater experience. Finished in a bright orange color, this remote-controlled model features precise control capabilities for aquatic fun in controlled environments. Fully equipped and ready to operate right out of the box, it combines functionality with ease of use for hobbyists and enthusiasts.

Advantages

This radio-controlled submarine comes 100% fully equipped, requiring only a quick charge before its first dive. The included 40 MHz 3-channel remote control conveniently doubles as a charging station and comes with high-quality AA batteries for the transmitter. For enhanced visibility during operation, two bright blue LEDs illuminate while the submarine is running. The responsive drive functions allow users to navigate forwards, backwards, left, and right, as well as execute diving and surfacing maneuvers smoothly.

Suitable for

• Swimming pools
• Bathtubs
• Indoor and outdoor aquaria
• Calm, freshwater recreational environments

When it may not be suitable

This model is not designed for use in salt water or marine environments, as exposure to salt can damage the electronic and mechanical components. Additionally, it may not perform well in fast-flowing rivers, open bodies of water with strong currents, or deep water where the radio signal from the 40 MHz transmitter might be lost.

Key specifications

• Electric engine powered
• 40 MHz 3-channel remote control and charging station
• Dual blue LED operational lights
• Drive functions: forwards, backwards, left, right, dive, and surface
• Run time: up to 6 minutes per charge
• Orange color design

How to use

Prepare the submarine by charging the internal battery using the 40 MHz 3-channel transmitter, which serves as the designated charging station. Insert the included high-quality AA batteries into the remote control. Ensure the battery compartment of the submarine is securely closed to prevent water ingress. Place the submarine into fresh water, such as a swimming pool or bathtub, and power on both the vehicle and the transmitter. Use the control sticks to navigate the submarine forwards, backwards, left, and right, and operate the diving and surfacing controls to explore underwater.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the intended usage environment is fresh water only, as salt water is strictly unsuitable.
• Note the operating run time of up to 6 minutes per charge, which requires regular recharging sessions.
• Ensure the 40 MHz frequency range is suitable for your operating area to avoid potential signal interference.

Always rinse the submarine with clean fresh water after every use and dry it thoroughly before storing. Never operate the Carson XS Deep Sea Dragon in salt water or chemically treated water that exceeds normal pool maintenance levels to ensure longevity.
