Digital microscope Carson MICROMINI 20X — 20× magnification, LED illumination, battery-powered, orange/silver
Carson MICROMINI 20X is a compact digital pocket microscope that provides up to 20× magnification with integrated LED illumination. Finished in orange and silver and powered by batteries, the unit is designed for close-up inspection of small objects such as electronics components, stamps, coins, textiles and other detailed surfaces. Its small housing and key-chain attachment make it convenient for field use and quick visual checks when paired with compatible imaging devices.
The MICROMINI 20X combines a 20× magnification optic with LED lighting to reveal fine surface details in a portable form factor. Battery power allows cordless operation for on-the-go inspection, while the included key-chain attachment and pocket-friendly dimensions provide easy carrying and rapid access. The bright LED illumination supports consistent viewing of textures, print pixels and small features, and the device includes a UV light for additional inspection capabilities.
Hold the MICROMINI 20X close to the object you want to examine and switch on the LED illumination. Adjust the distance between the lens and the subject to bring details into focus at 20× magnification. Use the UV light when inspecting currency or security printing that reacts to ultraviolet illumination. Replace batteries when illumination becomes dim to maintain consistent viewing performance.
For best results, use the microscope on a stable surface or rest your hands to reduce motion when viewing at high magnification. Clean the lens gently with a soft, lint-free cloth before use and avoid contact with liquids. Store the device in a protective pouch to prevent scratches and preserve the finish when carrying it on a key chain or in a bag.
