The Caso 01292 vacuum sealer bag (20 x 23 cm) is a high-strength storage bag designed for airtight food preservation. Made from a durable 150 μm material with a stable rib structure, it protects against freezer burn, extends the shelf life of food and is compatible with Caso vacuum systems when used with the CASO ZIP adapter and vacuum hose or the CASO Vacu OneTouch.

Advantages

Material thickness 150 μm provides high tear and puncture resistance, even with pointed items such as bones. The stable rib structure ensures complete airtightness. The bags protect against freezer burn and can extend food freshness up to eight times longer. They are suitable for microwave use (up to 12 minutes at 650 W), dishwasher safe and reusable. Designed for sous-vide cooking, the bags are boil-proof up to 100 °C for a maximum of 8 hours. Each pack includes Food Manager stickers to organise stored items.

How to use

Place food inside the bag, remove excess air with a compatible Caso vacuum sealer using the CASO ZIP adapter and vacuum hose or the CASO Vacu OneTouch, then seal according to your device instructions. For sous-vide, confirm the bag is fully sealed and heat in water up to 100 °C for no more than 8 hours. For reheating in the microwave, use settings up to 650 W for a maximum of 12 minutes and ensure the bag is vented if required by your appliance. Label contents and date using the included Food Manager stickers before storing.

Usage recommendations
