The Caso VC9 is a compact, fully automatic vacuum sealer designed for home kitchen use. It removes air and seals vacuum bags to extend the shelf life of foods such as meat, fish, vegetables and fruit. The unit combines a touch control panel with electronic temperature monitoring and comes with professional vacuum bags to get started.
Fully automatic vacuuming and sealing simplifies packaging steps and ensures consistent results. Electronic temperature monitoring provides stable sealing performance across different bag types. The appliance is supplied with a set of professional bags, allowing immediate use for a variety of food items. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for kitchens with limited counter space.
Place the open end of a vacuum bag into the sealing chamber, close the lid and select the automatic vacuum and seal function using the touch controls. The machine will evacuate air and perform the sealing cycle automatically; electronic temperature monitoring adjusts the seal. Remove the sealed bag when the cycle completes and check the seal line before storing. Use the included professional bags or compatible heat-seal vacuum bags sized appropriately for the unit.
For best results with meat and fish, pat items dry before sealing to reduce moisture at the seal. When packaging liquids or very moist foods, partially freeze items or use a suitable accessory (liquid stopper/zipper bags) to prevent liquid being drawn into the pump. Allow sealed bags to cool before stacking and store vacuum-packed food according to standard food safety guidelines.
