Caso VacuChef 40 is a compact chamber vacuum sealer with a stainless steel housing and a tempered glass lid, designed for reliable vacuum sealing and marinating of foods. The unit combines a strong professional vacuum pump with intuitive touch controls and delivers nearly complete vacuum performance for extended freshness and efficient sous-vide preparation.

Advantages

The VacuChef 40 features a 70 l/min professional vacuum pump, an almost 100% vacuum level and a double weld seam for bags up to 25 cm wide. Its compact chamber (26.5 x 26.5 x 6 cm) and integrated clamping bracket ensure a secure hold of vacuum bags. The device supports combined vacuuming and sealing with selectable settings for hard or soft and dry or moist foods, manual sealing, automatic in-bag marinating and vacuuming of containers (vacuum hose included). The housing is made of stainless steel with a tempered glass lid, and a progress display plus touch control panel enable simple, intuitive operation. Included accessories: 20 vacuum bags (25 x 28 cm) and 1 vacuum hose for containers.

How to use

Place the product and the open end of a compatible vacuum bag inside the chamber and use the integrated clamping bracket to secure the bag.
