The handle is made of maple wood preserved using the Kebony method. Overall length: 313 mm, blade length: 178 mm. Not suitable for dishwashers. Compatible with Catler CS2010 sharpener.

How to use

Use the Santoku knife for controlled slicing, dicing and chopping. Hold the handle with a comfortable grip and use a stable cutting board. For filleting fish or precise slices, use smooth forward and backward strokes; for vegetables and general chopping use a slight rocking motion. After use, wash the blade by hand with mild detergent, dry immediately and store in a knife block or magnetic strip.
