Magnetic knife stand CATLER MKB10 wood design — magnetic knife holder, model MKB10
Magnetic knife stand CATLER MKB10 wood design is a magnetic knife holder designed to store and display kitchen knives safely. The oak- and walnut-style finish from Italian designers gives the MKB10 a refined appearance while the internal magnetic strip secures blades without a traditional block. The holder keeps knives visible and accessible, reduces countertop clutter, and stores blades in the air to minimise contact damage and potential damp retention.
The strong magnetic system holds multiple blades firmly without sliding, allowing safe horizontal or slightly angled placement of chef, utility and paring knives. The wood-style exterior resists visible wear and complements a variety of kitchen interiors. Open storage prevents trapped moisture found in closed blocks and makes it easy to identify the correct knife at a glance. Construction and materials provide stable countertop placement and straightforward cleaning.
Place the magnetic stand on a clean, flat countertop surface. Position knives by touching each blade lightly to the magnetic surface so the blade is held securely; avoid contact between magnet and cutting edge to prevent damage. Arrange knives with handles facing outward for safe removal. Clean the holder periodically with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly before returning knives. For safety, load and unload knives one at a time and keep the holder out of reach of children.
To maintain blade condition, ensure knives are completely dry before placing them on the magnetic surface and avoid sliding blades along the magnetic strip. For long-term storage or very thin blades, inspect the mounting position to confirm the magnet contacts a non-cutting portion of the blade. Regularly wipe the wood-style exterior with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth; do not submerge the holder in water.
