CEDERROTH Soft Foam Bandage 51011018 beige self-adherent elastic foam dressing breathable 3 cm x 4.5 m

The CEDERROTH Soft Foam Bandage 51011018 beige self-adherent elastic foam dressing breathable 3 cm x 4.5 m is a specialized wound care solution designed for minor injuries and everyday first aid needs. This beige elastic foam bandage provides reliable fixation and protection without the need for traditional tape or clips. Measuring 3 cm in width and 4.5 meters in length when stretched, the soft foam material conforms smoothly to body contours and allows skin to breathe during wear.

Advantages

This self-adherent foam dressing adheres exclusively to itself rather than to skin, hair, or wounds, ensuring completely painless removal and replacement. Its breathable structure prevents moisture buildup underneath the bandage, supporting a comfortable healing environment. The material is flexible and stretchy, allowing full freedom of movement while keeping dressings securely in place even on joints and difficult-to-bandage areas. It also functions effectively as a protective layer and absorbs minor exudate from cuts or grazes.

Suitable for

• Securing primary wound dressings and compresses
• First aid treatment of minor cuts, grazes, and skin tears
• First aid kits in workplaces, homes, and vehicles
• Active outdoor use and sports injury management
• Fixation on moving joints such as fingers, wrists, and elbows

When it may not be suitable

This soft foam bandage is not intended for direct application on heavy bleeding wounds requiring high-absorption medical gauze or surgical pads. It should not be used as a primary treatment for deep surgical incisions, severe burns, or chronic ulcers without professional medical supervision.

Key specifications

• Color: Beige
• Material: Soft elastic foam
• Dimensions: 3 cm width x 4.5 m length
• Properties: Self-adherent, breathable, non-sticky to skin and hair

How to use

Clean and dry the affected area before applying any primary dressing. Take the roll of foam bandage and pull out the required length, stretching it slightly if needed for secure compression. Wrap the bandage around the injury or primary dressing, overlapping the previous layer by at least half. Tear or cut the foam by hand once the desired tension and coverage are achieved, and press the end firmly against the underlying layer to secure the self-adherent hold.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the dimensions of 3 cm by 4.5 m suit your intended application requirements
• Ensure compatibility with existing first aid kit contents or workplace safety standards
• Check for any known individual sensitivities to self-adherent foam materials

Usage recommendations: Store the bandage in a dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to maintain material elasticity and adhesive properties. Replace the dressing daily or whenever it becomes soiled or wet to maintain optimal hygiene.
