CellPack 127522 is a heat-shrink tubing supplied as a single 100 cm length designed for electrical insulation and mechanical protection of cable joints, splices and connectors. When heated, the tube contracts to form a tight insulating sleeve that provides dielectric separation and increased mechanical stability. The material is halogen-free and formulated to deliver reliable electrical performance and resistance to environmental influences.
The thick-wall construction offers improved mechanical protection and high tensile strength while resisting cold flow under thermal stress. The tubing is inscribable for easy identification, chemically resistant, UV-stabilized and free from paint-wetting inhibiting substances. Slide the CellPack 127522 tubing over the cable or joint so that it fully covers the area to be insulated.
