Training Lead Rope Chaba 8 / 15 m, Black — longline for dog training
Chaba Training Lead Rope in black is a longline designed for controlled off-leash work, recall practice and obedience exercises. Available in two usable lengths, 8 m and 15 m, the rope gives handlers extended distance control while remaining lightweight and easy to manage. The cord construction provides durability and a clear line for tracking, field training and general long-distance handling, with a secure attachment point for collars or harnesses.
The Chaba longline combines a durable, lightweight cord with a reliable attachment point, allowing smooth handling and reduced tangling during training sessions. Its available lengths let handlers choose the appropriate working distance for different training stages, from close recall drills to extended field exercises. The neutral black colour helps the rope remain discreet during outdoor activities.
Attach the Chaba Training Lead Rope to the dog’s collar or harness using the secure fastening point. Begin training in a safe, open area and allow the dog to move within the chosen length while maintaining visual contact. Use short, clear commands for recall and gradually increase distance as the dog demonstrates reliable responses. Keep the cord coiled or held in sections to avoid excessive slack and reduce risk of tangling; retrieve and coil the rope after each session for storage.
Choose the 8 m length for closer control and initial recall training; select the 15 m length for advanced distance work, tracking or field exercises. Regularly inspect the cord and attachment point for wear and replace the rope if any damage is found. Avoid using the longline where it could become caught on obstacles or pose a hazard to people or other animals.
