How to use

To sharpen knives to a 15° edge (Asian or modern Euro/American style), run the blade through Stage 1 and then Stage 3. To achieve a 20° edge for traditional European/American knives, use Stage 2 followed by Stage 3. The initial stage(s) use diamond abrasives to reshape and hone the bevel; the final stage polishes the edge with a flexible stropping disk for a smooth, highly sharpened finish. For serrated knives, use Stage 3 according to the manufacturer’s guidance. Always follow safe handling practices: secure the sharpener on a stable surface and move the blade steadily and evenly through the guides.

Usage recommendations

Use light, even passes and avoid excessive pressure to preserve blade geometry.
