Chief FUSION X-Large Single Pole Flat Panel Ceiling Mount XCM1U is a drop-ceiling mount designed for extra-large flat panel displays up to 5" deep. The single-pole solution supports one display, offers tilt and swivel adjustment, and is compatible with common ceiling plate and extension column systems. Ceiling plate and extension column are required and sold separately. For deeper or heavier displays consider Chief's dual-drop solution (XCM7000).

Advantages

The XCM1U provides continuous tilt with four set locking positions for repeatable alignment across multiple screens, simple tool-free attachment of the display with optional padlock security, and Centris fingertip tilt for easy adjustment. It is compatible with traditional 1.5" NPT and CPA pinned ceiling plate and column systems, and offers swivel capability to achieve preferred viewing angles.

How to use

Install a compatible ceiling plate and extension column (ordered separately) into the drop ceiling structure following the ceiling plate manufacturer instructions. Attach the XCM1U single pole to the installed ceiling column using the appropriate connection (1.5" NPT or CPA pin). Engage the display onto the mount with the tool-free connection, secure with the optional padlock if required, then use Centris fingertip tilt and swivel to set the viewing angle. Verify all fasteners and weight capacity before leaving the installation.

Usage recommendations

Use the XCM1U only with displays within the specified depth and weight limits (up to 5" depth, 113 kg). Select compatible ceiling plates and extension columns for your ceiling type (1.5" NPT or CPA pinned).
