How to use

Place the CL-E321 on a stable surface and connect it to power and the network via the Ethernet port. Open the 90° Hi-Lift™ cover to load label media and, if required, the thermal transfer ribbon. Configure printer settings (media width, print resolution and emulation) using the printer driver or web configuration tools and send print jobs from your POS, label design or warehouse management software. For routine use, monitor media supply and replace ribbons or label rolls when depleted.

Usage recommendations

For consistent print quality use media and ribbons that match the selected print mode (direct thermal media for direct thermal mode; appropriate thermal transfer ribbon for thermal transfer). Keep the print head and path clean to prolong service life and ensure reliable printing.
