Vehicle GPS Tracker Concox VG01U real-time tracking waterproof
Concox VG01U is a vehicle GPS tracker for real-time tracking and position monitoring. The device combines GPS and an INS (Inertial Navigation System) to provide faster, more stable location availability in weak-signal environments such as tunnels, underpasses or dense urban areas. It records driving events and supports live tracking, route history and alerts useful for fleet management, theft protection and trip logging. The unit is compact, waterproof to IP65 and suitable for cars, vans and light commercial vehicles.
The VG01U provides improved location continuity in areas with poor GPS reception thanks to its integrated INS algorithm. It delivers detailed driving behaviour detection — including harsh acceleration, harsh braking, sharp turns, sudden lane changes, collisions, rollovers and vehicle drift — and sends professional alerts for rapid analysis. The device supports quad-band GSM/GPRS connectivity, has a built-in GPS ceramic antenna, low acquisition sensitivity for fast fixes and an industrial-grade Li‑polymer battery for temporary backup when external power is lost.
Install the Concox VG01U inside the vehicle in a location with adequate access to satellite signals and GSM reception, following the manufacturer’s mounting and wiring instructions. Connect the device to the vehicle power supply within the specified 9–36 V DC range. Configure the device via the supported tracking platform or SMS/AT commands to enable real-time tracking, geo-fencing and alert parameters. Ensure the LED indicators confirm GPS and GSM connectivity during setup and perform a test drive to verify driving behaviour detection and alert delivery.
Place the unit where it is protected from direct water exposure but still able to receive satellite and cellular signals. Regularly check wiring connections and battery condition; update the tracking platform settings to match fleet monitoring or insurance telematics needs.
