Thermal paste Cooler Master HTK-002 is a silicone-based, grease-like compound heavily filled with thermally conductive metal oxides. With a thermal conductivity of 4.5 W/m·K and white color, this paste maintains stability and low bleed at elevated temperatures and improves heat transfer between electronic components and heat sinks or chassis.

How to use

Clean both mating surfaces (CPU die and cooler base) to remove old compound, dust and oils. Apply a small, pea-sized amount of HTK-002 to the center of the CPU or component. Mount the cooler and secure it according to the manufacturer’s instructions to spread the paste evenly and create a thin thermal interface layer.

Usage recommendations

Store the paste at room temperature and avoid contaminating the nozzle. Use as directed when assembling or reassembling cooling solutions; reapply when removing the cooler or if thermal performance degrades.
