Fan Cooler Master MasterFan MF140 HALO² 14 cm Black 1600 RPM
Fan Cooler Master MasterFan MF140 HALO² 14 cm Black 1600 RPM
The Cooler Master MasterFan MF140 HALO² is a 140 mm case fan that combines enhanced airflow and addressable Gen 2 RGB lighting. Designed with larger LED rings and expanded fan blades, it increases light output and air delivery while maintaining quiet operation. The hybrid frame and corner dampers preserve stability without reducing blade area. Available in black, the fan reaches up to 1600 RPM and uses a rifle bearing for reliable, long-lasting performance.
Larger LED rings boost lighting by approximately 50% compared with previous designs, producing more vivid addressable RGB effects. The hybrid frame with corner dampers improves structural stability while keeping the blade area large for efficient airflow. Fan blades enlarged by about 10% raise the volume of moved air, and a revised P-Q curve increases both airflow and static pressure while reducing operational noise. The rifle bearing supports durability and steady rotation at speeds up to 1600 RPM.
Install the MasterFan MF140 HALO² into a compatible 140 mm fan mount in your PC case using the supplied screws or mounting hardware. Connect the fan power cable to an appropriate fan header on the motherboard or to a fan controller, and connect the addressable RGB cable to a compatible ARGB header or controller to enable lighting control. Ensure correct airflow orientation depending on whether the fan is used for intake or exhaust.
For optimal cooling and lighting synchronization, use a motherboard or controller that supports addressable Gen 2 RGB headers. Place fans to create a balanced airflow pattern (intake at front/bottom and exhaust at top/rear) and use rubber-mounted screws or the included dampers to reduce vibration noise.
