How to use

Place the Falcon 2 Pro S on a stable surface and connect the power supply. Install the material on the working area and use the integrated camera and software to position your design. Use One Click Auto Focus to set the working distance automatically, then configure power and speed according to the material and desired result. For offline operation, copy the project to the supplied TF card and start the job directly from the device. Monitor ventilation and safety sensors during operation and remove finished parts when the machine has stopped.

Usage recommendations

Use appropriate ventilation and the provided Air Assist for cleaner cuts and reduced smoke. Start with lower power and test cuts on scrap material to determine optimal settings. Keep lenses and the work area clean, follow the flame protection alerts, and do not bypass safety interlocks; although the device is Class 1, avoid direct exposure to laser light and keep children and pets away during operation.
