Creality 3D 3301020031 ABS White is a 1 kg spool of white ABS filament with a 1.75 mm diameter designed for FDM/FFF 3D printers. Formulated for dimensional stability and reliable feeding, this ABS material suits a wide range of prototyping and functional part needs. It offers a balance of strength and heat resistance appropriate for mechanical components, housings, fixtures and other items where tougher thermoplastic properties are required.
The filament provides consistent extrusion with minimal warping when used with appropriate print settings and bed adhesion. Its 1.75 mm diameter ensures compatibility with most consumer and prosumer printers that accept that filament size. As a white ABS, it is easy to post-process by sanding, painting or acetone smoothing to achieve a smooth finish and improved surface appearance.
Load the 1.75 mm filament into a compatible extruder following your printer manufacturer's guidance. Recommended print settings for ABS typically include a nozzle temperature in the range of 230–260°C and a heated bed temperature around 90–110°C; use an enclosed build chamber or draft-free environment to reduce warping. Ensure proper bed adhesion with a suitable surface such as a PEI sheet, kapton tape or ABS slurry. Allow printed parts to cool gradually to minimize internal stresses.
Store the filament in a dry, cool place and keep it sealed with desiccant when not in use to avoid moisture absorption. For improved layer bonding and surface finish, consider printing with a slightly higher extrusion multiplier and using post-processing techniques such as acetone vapor smoothing or light sanding followed by painting.
