Set of two Creality pneumatic push-fit connectors designed for secure and tool-free connections of flexible tubing in 3D printers, pneumatic lines and compact air systems. The set includes connectors for 2.5 mm and 4 mm inner-diameter tubing, allowing straightforward replacement or upgrade of filament feed fittings and small pneumatic joints. Each connector provides a sealed grip that enables quick insertion and release of tubing while maintaining a compact footprint suitable for tight assemblies.
The push-fit connectors offer simple, fast installation without the need for clamps, adhesives or specialized tools. Their sealing mechanism reduces the risk of air leaks and ensures reliable filament feed or pneumatic performance. The compact design fits well into constrained printer frames and small pneumatic manifolds, and the two-size set covers common tubing diameters used in consumer 3D printers and hobby pneumatic systems.
Ensure tubing ends are cut square and free of debris before insertion. Push the tubing firmly into the connector until it seats against the internal stop; you should feel a positive engagement. To remove tubing, depress the release collar and pull the tubing out while maintaining pressure on the collar. Install connectors in-line or in fittings on printer frames and pneumatic manifolds as required, taking care not to over-bend the tubing near the connection point.
Inspect connections periodically for wear or deformation, especially in high-temperature areas near hotends. Use tubing with the correct inner diameter (2.5 mm or 4 mm) for a secure fit; mismatched tubing may leak or disengage. For high-pressure or specialty gas applications, consult system specifications and select fittings rated for the operating conditions.
