Ender-3 V3 is a high-speed FDM 3D printer designed for faster, more stable printing. Its lightweight motion system places the X and Z motors on the base and links the X and Z axes together so two high-torque motors move in unison. With a maximum printing speed of 600 mm/s and maximum acceleration of 20000 mm/s², the printer achieves significantly higher throughput than typical i3-style bed slingers while working well with Creality Hyper PLA and other compatible filaments.

Advantages

How to use

Assemble the printer from pre-assembled modules following the quick-start guide; typical assembly time is around 10 minutes. Load filament into the direct-drive extruder and ensure the bolster spring and ball plunger are correctly positioned. Power on the printer and run the automatic bed calibration; no manual paper leveling or screw adjustment is required. Select or upload your sliced file on the 4.3" HD touch screen, set appropriate temperature and print settings for the filament in use, and start the print. For high-temperature materials such as ABS or PETG, allow the 60 W heater to reach target temperature before printing and monitor the first layers to confirm adhesion to the textured PEI plate.

Recommendations

Use Creality Hyper PLA or other filaments rated for direct-drive and high-temperature hotends. For reliable adhesion, print the first layer at recommended temperatures and use the flexible textured PEI plate to remove finished parts by gently bending the spring-steel sheet. Regularly inspect the XZ belt tension status via the printer diagnostics and keep the nozzle tip clean; replace the nozzle when worn, especially after printing abrasive carbon-filled filaments.
