Plug the Creative Chat USB into an available USB-C port on your PC, Mac or compatible console (use the included USB-C to USB-A adapter if needed). Rotate the boom microphone down to unmute and speak normally; rotate it back up or press the inline mute button to mute. Use the inline remote to adjust volume, play/pause audio or answer calls. On Windows 10, optionally install the Creative app to access SmartComms Kit features and EQ customization.

Usage recommendations
