How to use

Connect the HS-230 to your device using the 3.5 mm AUX plug or the supplied USB-A adapter. The headset works immediately without additional software. On Windows, set the Creative HS-230 as the Default Device under the Playback tab in Sound Settings. On macOS, select the HS-230 as the Default Device under both Input and Output in System Preferences. Use the inline remote to mute/unmute and adjust volume, and rotate the boom microphone up to 270° to position it on the preferred side.

Usage recommendations

For best voice clarity during calls, position the noise-cancelling microphone close to your mouth but not touching it, and ensure the headset is selected as the default audio device in your system settings.
