CX80 On Rust 23214 Fast-Acting Rust Remover and Penetrating Fluid 500 ml

CX80 On Rust 23214 Fast-Acting Rust Remover and Penetrating Fluid 500 ml is a highly efficient chemical solution manufactured by CX80, specifically formulated to target and eliminate oxidation on various metal components. Designed for both professional workshops and everyday household repairs, this product rapidly penetrates the tightest gaps between rusted and seized threaded connections, bolts, nuts, and moving metal parts. By breaking down stubborn rust and corrosion layers, it significantly eases disassembly tasks and reduces friction during mechanical repairs. In addition to loosening stuck components, it leaves a protective film that helps shield metal surfaces against future oxidation and wear, ensuring long-term reliability and smoother operation of treated assemblies.

Advantages

The formulation offers exceptional capillary action, allowing the fluid to quickly creep into microscopic spaces and threads that are otherwise inaccessible to standard lubricants. It acts rapidly to dissolve heavy rust accumulation, saving time and physical effort during challenging mechanical maintenance and repair procedures. The inclusion of protective agents in the 500 ml aerosol container helps prevent recurring corrosion, extending the operational lifespan of metal parts. Its versatile performance makes it equally suitable for delicate household mechanisms and heavy-duty industrial applications, reducing the need for destructive removal methods when dealing with stubborn fasteners.

Suitable for

• Loosening rusted and seized bolts, nuts, and screws
• Unlocking corroded hinges, locks, and mechanisms
• Automotive repair and maintenance of suspension or exhaust components
• Workshop servicing of industrial machinery and metal assemblies
• Household DIY tasks involving stuck metal hardware

When it may not be suitable

This product is not recommended for use on plastic components, painted surfaces, or rubber seals where aggressive petroleum-based solvents could cause degradation or discoloration. It should also be avoided on precision internal mechanisms where a specialized dry lubricant or dielectric grease is specifically required by the manufacturer.

Key specifications

• Product type: Fast-acting rust remover and penetrating fluid
• Manufacturer: CX80
• Container volume: 500 ml
• Application method: Aerosol spray

How to use

Shake the container well before application. Spray the affected rusted or seized component evenly from a short distance and allow the fluid to penetrate for several minutes. For severely corroded or jammed parts, allow extended time for the formula to act, and gently tap the component to assist penetration. Proceed to loosen or disassemble the part using appropriate tools. If necessary, repeat the application for heavily oxidized assemblies.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the material of the targeted component is metal and resistant to standard penetrating solvents
• Ensure adequate ventilation in the workspace during application
• Consider purchasing a compatible lubricant for post-disassembly maintenance

Usage recommendations: Use in a well-ventilated area and wear protective gloves to avoid skin contact. Store the container away from direct sunlight, open flames, and extreme temperatures to maintain product integrity.
