Lubricant paste CX80 CX-210 — synthetic high-load greased compound, 500 g
Lubricant paste CX80 CX-210 — synthetic high-load greased compound, 500 g
CX80 CX-210 is a synthetic high-load lubricant paste supplied in a 500 g tube. Formulated as a greased compound for heavy-load applications, it provides boundary lubrication and protects metal contacts, rolling and plain bearings, threaded connections and sliding surfaces from wear and corrosion. The paste is suitable for tasks that require a durable, high-pressure lubricant that remains in place under vibration and load.
The synthetic formulation offers stable performance across a wide temperature range and resists water washout and oxidation. The high-load properties reduce metal-to-metal contact and minimize fretting and seizure in heavily loaded joints. As a paste, it adheres to vertical and irregular surfaces, ensuring long-lasting lubrication and corrosion protection in demanding industrial and automotive environments.
Clean contact surfaces from dirt, old lubricants, rust and contaminants before application. Apply the paste evenly to the mating metal surfaces, bearings, or threads in a thin, continuous layer. For sealed or packed bearings, follow equipment manufacturer instructions regarding quantity. Reapply after heavy service cycles, after exposure to water washout, or when lubrication is visibly reduced. Use appropriate protective gloves and avoid inhalation of any solvent residues if present on surfaces.
Store the tube in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid mixing with incompatible greases or oils; use on clean metal surfaces for best adhesion and protective performance. When working on critical assemblies, verify compatibility with seals and plastics in the application area and perform a small test application if necessary.
