Compact binoculars DALI TV991709 offer 7× magnification with 50 mm objective lenses and a 7.3° actual viewing angle to simplify target acquisition and tracking. The binoculars use an efficient Porro prism system made from BaK-4 glass with 99% light transmittance and multi-coated optics to deliver high-contrast, edge-to-edge sharp images. They are waterproof to IPX7 and include an illuminated compass and integrated ranging tools. The housing is rubber-coated for a secure, non-slip grip and the device is tripod-mountable. Supplied accessories include a soft case, neck strap, lens and eyepiece caps, cleaning cloth and two pre-installed LR43 batteries.

How to use

Adjust the interpupillary distance by folding the barrels until a single circular field of view is obtained. Focus on the target using the central focusing wheel, then set the diopter on one eyepiece within the -5 to +5 range to compensate for any visual difference between your eyes. Use the built-in ranging ruler, mils reticle and calculator dial on the left ocular to estimate distance when the target’s size is known; illuminate the rangefinder and compass scales with the on/off switch when visibility is low. Remove batteries if the binoculars will be stored for a long period.

Usage recommendations

For steady views during prolonged observation use a tripod with the mountable adapter. Clean lenses with the supplied cloth and store the binoculars in the soft case when not in use. Replace batteries with the specified LR43 cells and remove them for long-term storage to prevent leakage.
