The de Buyer 6206.20 single pan is a 20 cm metal frying pan combining a copper exterior with a stainless steel interior and a specially designed ferro-magnetic bottom that makes the pan compatible with all heat sources, including induction. The pan has a 2 mm thick copper-stainless steel body with a gloss-polished finish, a pouring rim and a riveted cast stainless steel ergonomic handle.
