Thermal pad DeLOCK 18287
The DeLOCK 18287 thermal pad is a self-adhesive grey pad designed to improve heat dissipation in electronic devices. With dimensions of 70 mm × 20 mm × 1.75 mm, it is suitable for thermal transfer between components such as M.2 SSD modules and heatsinks, helping to maintain stable operating temperatures and prolong component life.
The self-adhesive surface ensures simple placement and reliable contact between the M.2 module and the heatsink without additional fixation. Its compliant material fills small gaps and uneven surfaces to improve thermal coupling. Compact size and neutral grey colour make it easy to integrate into existing computer cooling setups.
Clean the contacting surfaces on the M.2 module and the heatsink to remove dust, grease or residues. Remove the protective liner from the self-adhesive thermal pad, position the pad between the M.2 SSD and the heatsink ensuring full contact, and press gently to secure. Verify that the pad does not obstruct connectors or mounting holes before final assembly.
Use the thermal pad within its intended thickness and contact area; avoid compressing it excessively. Replace the pad if it becomes damaged or contaminated. Do not use the pad where electrical insulation or specific dielectric properties are required without verifying suitability.
