The DeLOCK 63172 is an M.2 to USB 3.2 Gen 1 converter that allows installation of M.2 modules in 2242 or 3042 form factors. It connects to a host system via a USB Type-A interface and is enclosed in a sturdy metal housing that protects the inserted module during mobile use. Two SMA antenna connectors and the supplied antennas enable connection to external radio signals or separate antennas for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz when a Wi‑Fi module is used.
