How to use

Attach the mount to your desk using either the clamp or grommet method according to your desktop thickness. Mount the detachable VESA plate to the back of your monitor, then secure the monitor to the arm using the quick-release mechanism. Adjust height, tilt, swivel and rotation to achieve the preferred ergonomic viewing position. Route monitor cables along the arm and secure them with the included cable clips for an organized setup.

Usage recommendations
