The Deltaco e-Charge EV-1217 is a 7 m Type 2 charging cable designed for mode 3 charging at public chargers and dedicated home charging boxes with a Type 2 socket. It supports charging power up to 7.6 kW and a maximum current of 32 A per phase. The cable is lightweight (approx. 3 kg) and fitted with silver-plated connectors and a dust cover for storage protection.

Advantages

Silver-plated contacts ensure reliable electrical contact and extended service life. The TPE jacket provides resistance to oil, abrasion and UV light while maintaining flexibility at low temperatures. A mechanical locking function engages during charging to prevent unauthorized removal, and the included dust cover protects connectors from dust, dirt and moisture when not in use.

How to use

Connect one Type 2 plug to the vehicle inlet and the other to the Type 2 charging station or wallbox. The vehicle and charger perform automatic two-way communication and a self-test before charging begins. During charging the connector is mechanically locked; to end charging, unlock the vehicle first so the lock releases, then remove the connector from the vehicle side to allow the charger to disconnect safely. Store the cable with the dust cover fitted to protect the connectors.
