Dust filter DEMCiflex 0305 — 120×250 mm, black/grey
DEMCiflex 0305 dust filter, sized 120×250 mm, is a two-tone black and grey intake filter designed for ventilation and fan protection. It captures airborne dust and debris at fan or vent openings of matching dimensions and is suitable for use with PC radiators, chassis vents and other electronic enclosures where a rectangular 120×250 mm filter surface is required. The filter is custom made to fit over ferrous or non-ferrous vents on a XSPC AX double 120 mm radiator fan and can be used where a slim, snap-fit or adhesive-mounted rectangular filter is needed to maintain cleaner airflow and reduce dust accumulation inside equipment.
The filter provides a fine mechanical barrier that reduces the amount of dust entering systems, helping to prolong component life and decrease the frequency of manual cleaning. Its low-profile rectangular form factor and two-tone housing allow discreet installation behind fan frames or over vents without significantly restricting airflow when correctly installed. The construction is compatible with both ferrous and non-ferrous vent surfaces and supports repeated removal and replacement for cleaning or maintenance.
Measure the vent or fan opening to confirm a 120 × 250 mm fit, then position the DEMCiflex 0305 filter over the vent so the housing aligns with the frame edges. Depending on the mounting design of the enclosure or radiator, secure the filter using the intended fastening method—snap-fit around the frame, light adhesive strips, or magnetic attachment if available—ensuring the filter sits flat and does not obstruct fan blades. Periodically remove the filter and gently clean it by tapping, brushing with a soft brush, or using low-pressure compressed air; avoid high-temperature cleaning or solvents that could deform the housing or damage the filter medium.
Check the filter monthly in dusty environments and clean as needed to maintain airflow and cooling performance. Replace the filter if the media shows persistent clogging, tears, or if its shape no longer provides a secure seal against the vent frame.
