DEVI ZESTAW IR SILVER Heating Mat 160W 1.5m² Width 100cm with Aries Thermostat

The DEVI ZESTAW IR SILVER Heating Mat 160W 1.5m² Width 100cm with Aries Thermostat is a comprehensive underfloor heating solution designed to deliver efficient and reliable warmth in both residential and commercial environments. This complete kit combines a high-performance thin heating mat with an advanced Aries thermostat, allowing you to establish precise temperature regulation and maintain optimal indoor thermal comfort. Engineered for straightforward integration into various floor constructions, the system ensures even heat distribution across the designated surface.

Advantages

The heating mat system offers targeted and uniform thermal output, helping to eliminate cold spots across the floor surface. Its low installation height minimizes impact on floor levels, making it particularly practical for renovation projects as well as new construction. The inclusion of the Aries thermostat enables exact temperature scheduling and management, contributing to energy-efficient operation and user convenience. Built with durable materials, the system is designed for dependable long-term performance under standard indoor conditions.

Suitable for

• Providing primary or supplementary underfloor heating in residential living spaces such as bedrooms, living rooms, and hallways
• Installation in commercial offices and workspaces requiring comfortable floor temperatures
• Projects involving tile, stone, or other compatible floor coverings where low profile heating is preferred
• Renovations and new builds needing a complete mat and thermostat set

When it may not be suitable

This heating mat set is not recommended for outdoor installations, areas exposed to constant moisture without proper waterproofing, or spaces with structural limitations that prevent correct thermal insulation underneath the mat. It should also be avoided beneath floor coverings that possess excessive thermal resistance or are explicitly unsuited for underfloor heating applications.

Key specifications

• Total power output: 160W
• Coverage area: 1.5 square meters
• Mat width: 100 cm
• Includes Aries thermostat for temperature control
• Designed for indoor underfloor heating applications

How to use

Preparation of the subfloor is essential before laying the heating mat, ensuring the surface is clean, dry, and structurally sound. Roll out the mat carefully according to your planned layout, securing it to the subfloor as recommended by standard installation practices. The Aries thermostat should be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical regulations, incorporating the floor temperature sensor for accurate readings. Once the installation of the flooring material over the mat is fully completed and allowed to cure or settle, the system can be powered on and adjusted via the thermostat interface.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that the 1.5 square meter coverage area matches the exact dimensions of the usable floor space in your room
• Check compatibility of your intended floor covering with electric underfloor heating systems
• Ensure proper electrical supply availability and compliance with local installation standards
• Confirm that sufficient floor insulation is present to maximize energy efficiency

Always consult professional installation guidelines and local electrical codes before installing electric underfloor heating systems to ensure safety and optimal performance.
