Privacy filter DICOTA Air for 12.3" 3:2 displays, model 016447
Privacy filter DICOTA Air for 12.3" 3:2 displays (model 016447) is a thin screen protector designed to narrow lateral viewing angles so on-screen content remains visible only to the person directly in front of the display. Made for a 12.3‑inch display with a 3:2 aspect ratio, the filter combines privacy protection with a scratch- and smudge-resistant surface to help maintain screen clarity while limiting visual access in public or shared environments.
The DICOTA Air privacy filter reduces side viewing to protect sensitive information from prying eyes and at the same time preserves touch and display responsiveness. Its low-profile construction adds minimal bulk, and the hard-coated surface resists fingerprints, dust and minor abrasions. The filter is lightweight and removable, allowing fast attachment and detachment without leaving residue when used according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Clean the display surface thoroughly with a lint-free cloth and the supplied cleaning materials or with a suitable screen cleaner. Align the privacy filter with the display edges, then attach it following the included mounting instructions so the microlouver side faces outward toward the viewer. For removal, lift from one corner and peel the filter away slowly to avoid leaving residue. Store the filter in its protective sleeve when not in use to prevent scratches.
For best privacy performance, position the filter so the viewer is directly in front of the screen and avoid angled viewing. Regularly clean the filter with a soft, non-abrasive cloth and avoid sharp objects or excessive pressure to maintain the hard-coated surface.
