The DigiSat QUAD DS4 satellite LNB is a four-output low-noise block converter designed to provide independent satellite feeds to up to four receivers or tuners. It converts Ku-band satellite signals to the L‑band frequency range for transmission over standard coaxial cables, enabling simultaneous connection of set-top boxes, PVRs or multiswitches without signal sharing. The compact unit is intended for domestic and small commercial satellite installations where multiple dedicated feeds are required.
The LNB offers four independent outputs, eliminating the need for signal splitting and preserving signal quality for each connected device. Its low-noise design minimizes signal degradation, improving reception and reducing the likelihood of outages in marginal signal conditions. The converter is compatible with common satellite receivers and multiswitch systems and mounts to standard satellite dishes, keeping installation straightforward and space-efficient.
Mount the DigiSat QUAD DS4 LNB to the feed arm of a compatible satellite dish, align the dish to the target satellite using signal strength tools or a meter, and tighten mountings to secure the position. Run coaxial cables from each of the four F-type outputs to the respective satellite receivers, PVRs or multiswitch inputs. Ensure each receiver is configured to use an independent feed in its installation menu and check signal quality on each device. For reliable performance, use weatherproof F-type connectors and maintain a short, well-routed cable run where possible. During installation, verify dish alignment and LNB skew to optimize reception for the chosen satellite.
