The Digitus 4K HDMI Extender via CAT/IP Set PoE (DS-55124) is a transmitter and receiver kit for extending HDMI video signals using existing network cabling. The set supports transmission of 4K (3840 x 2160) video and is fully powered by PoE switches, so no external power adapters are required. For single point-to-point connections it extends 4K video up to 120 metres over CAT 5/CAT 5e/CAT 6/CAT 7 cable; using additional PoE switches or the existing IP network infrastructure, HDMI can be carried over unlimited distances and distributed to multiple receivers.
