DIGITUS DS-55358 is a compact video wall controller that connects and controls up to four 4K UHD displays. It accepts input via HDMI (HDMI 2.0) or USB-C (DisplayPort 1.2a) at up to 4K/60Hz and outputs in video wall mode over HDMI at up to 4K/30Hz. The unit supports eight display formations (1x1, 2x1, 3x1, 4x1, 1x2, 1x3, 1x4, 2x2) and includes an audio extractor for separate analog 3.5 mm stereo or digital S/PDIF output. The metal-housed controller features front-panel buttons, remote control and RS232 control, supports 180° image rotation for ceiling installations, and can be wall mounted.

How to use

Connect a video source to the HDMI input or the USB-C input (DisplayPort 1.2a). Connect up to four HDMI displays to the HDMI outputs. Power the unit with the supplied 12 V DC adapter. Use the front-panel buttons, supplied remote control or RS232 interface to select the input source, choose one of the eight display formations and set the output resolution. If required, enable the audio extractor and connect external speakers via the 3.5 mm stereo jack or S/PDIF output. For ceiling installations, use the 180° rotation function via remote control.
