Divers Sonax Schmutz Radierer 416000 multi-surface eraser for stains and marks is a compact, chemical-free cleaning tool designed to remove localized stains, scuffs and marks from a variety of interior and exterior surfaces. The eraser works by gentle abrasion to lift dirt and contamination without wet solvents, making it suitable for precision cleaning of plastics, upholstery, rubber trims and other hard or semi-soft surfaces commonly found in vehicles and homes.

Advantages

The cleaning eraser delivers targeted stain removal without the need for additional cleaning agents, reducing the risk of residues and odors. Its compact shape and firm texture enable controlled abrasion for spot treatments while minimizing damage to surrounding areas. The tool is versatile across multiple materials: it addresses scuffs on trims, light stains on upholstery and dirt marks on hard plastics. No mixing or dilution is required, and it does not rely on liquids, which simplifies transport and storage.

Suitable for

• Interior car plastics and dashboards
• Fabric and synthetic upholstery (spot cleaning)
• Rubber trims, door seals and window channels
• Hard household plastics, skirting boards and small scuffed areas
• Targeted removal of pencil marks, scuffs and isolated stains

Key specifications

• Cleaning method: mechanical abrasion (eraser-type material)
• Form factor: compact hand-held block for spot treatment
• Material compatibility: plastics, vinyl, rubber, textiles (test first on hidden area)
• Chemicals: operates without added solvents or liquid cleaners
• Use environment: dry application; suitable for vehicle interiors and household use

How to use

Before use, test the eraser on an inconspicuous area to ensure surface compatibility and colorfastness. Work on a dry surface and apply moderate pressure while moving the eraser over the stain in short strokes. Periodically flatten a fresh face of the eraser to expose a clean working surface and continue until the mark is reduced or removed. After treatment, wipe the area with a dry microfiber cloth to remove loosened particles. For delicate fabrics or painted surfaces, limit pressure and test thoroughly first.

Usage recommendations

Do not use on polished or high-gloss painted finishes without prior testing. Avoid excessive force on fragile materials. Store the eraser dry and away from heat sources. When treating fabric upholstery, follow fabric care guidelines and consider professional cleaning for extensive or deep stains.
