Pot DOMOLETTI Black Marble model 28 cm, capacity 6.1 l
DOMOLETTI Black Marble pot, 28 cm diameter with a 6.1 L capacity, is a stovetop cookware piece intended for preparing soups, stews, boiling and simmering larger portions. The pot features a marble-effect nonstick interior that supports low-fat cooking and simplifies cleaning, while the wide flat base provides stable contact with most gas, electric and ceramic cooktops.
The marble-effect nonstick surface reduces the need for oil and allows food to release easily, which makes cooking and cleaning quicker. A generous 6.1 litre volume accommodates family meals or one-pot dishes, and the 28 cm diameter gives good surface area for even heating. The robust walls and flat base are designed to maintain heat distribution and resist warping during regular stovetop use.
This pot is intended primarily for stovetop use; it may not be suitable for open-flame grilling or direct contact with an induction hob unless specified by the manufacturer. Very high heat used continuously can shorten the life of the nonstick coating, so it is not ideal for searing at extremely high temperatures.
Place the pot on a compatible cooktop and preheat at medium or low heat for most cooking tasks. Add a small amount of oil or butter when required; the nonstick surface allows reduced fat usage. Use wooden, silicone or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the coating. After use, allow the pot to cool before washing with warm soapy water and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads to preserve the nonstick finish.
For longer coating life, avoid sustained maximum heat, use soft utensils and hand-wash when possible. Dry thoroughly before storage and avoid stacking heavy cookware directly inside the pot without protection to reduce the risk of scratches.
