The Durable 227003 Red Plastic Report Cover for up to 20 Sheets is a practical document management solution designed to keep your important papers organized and protected. Featuring a clear soft plastic front cover and a colored rigid plastic back cover, this folder offers a professional appearance for presentations, quotes, meeting materials, and training documents in offices, schools, and home environments.

Advantages

This report cover utilizes a flat, permanently elastic plastic clip mechanism that securely holds unpunched paper without the need for traditional hole punching. The sturdy, long-life clip ensures that documents remain firmly in place while maintaining a neat and stylish profile. Constructed from durable polypropylene, the folder protects contents from everyday wear and tear while allowing immediate visibility of the title page through the transparent front cover.

Suitable for

• Holding quotes and proposals
• Organizing meeting and training documents
• Presenting reports in a professional office environment
• Managing school and study papers

When it may not be suitable

This report cover is not designed for documents exceeding twenty sheets of standard paper, as larger stacks will exceed the capacity of the clip mechanism. It is also not suitable for applications that require permanent binding or archival storage of very thick reports.

Key specifications

• Product colour: Red
• Material: Polypropylene plastic
• Maximum capacity: 1-20 sheets
• Format compatibility: A4
• Binding mechanism: Flat, permanently elastic plastic clip

How to use

To use the report cover, simply slide your unpunched A4 documents into the folder. Open the flat plastic clip on the side, position your pages evenly inside, and release the clip so that it clamps down securely on the stack of paper. The elastic nature of the clip holds the sheets firmly without damaging them, allowing you to easily add or remove pages as needed.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify that your typical document size does not exceed the twenty-sheet limit
• Ensure the A4 format matches your paper requirements
• Consider the red color option for color-coding your filing system

Usage recommendations

For best results, avoid overfilling the folder beyond its stated capacity of twenty sheets to ensure the clip mechanism maintains a secure hold on your documents.
