Snuffle Mat Duvo+ MATA WĘCHOWA GARDEN 88x50x2cm – Duvo+ for pet enrichment

Duvo+ MATA WĘCHOWA GARDEN is a snuffle mat sized 88 x 50 x 2 cm designed to encourage natural foraging and scent-driven play for dogs and other companion animals. The mat features layered fabric sections and folded flaps where treats or kibble can be hidden, promoting slower eating, mental stimulation and enrichment during training or free play.

Advantages

The textured surface and multiple hiding zones create varied scent challenges that engage a pet's nose and attention. The large footprint provides ample area for single or multiple pets to explore, and the soft fabric construction is gentle on paws while retaining treats securely. Using the mat can reduce rapid eating, encourage problem-solving and add variety to regular feeding routines.

Suitable for

• Dogs and puppies who benefit from scent work and slower feeding
• Small companion mammals that search for hidden food items
• Owners seeking an enrichment tool for training, mental stimulation or mealtime management

When it may not be suitable

The snuffle mat is not intended as a chew toy for strong chewers; persistent chewing may damage the fabric and reduce effectiveness. It may also be less suitable for very large breeds if used by multiple heavy dogs simultaneously, as prolonged rough play could deform the mat.

Key specifications

• Overall size: approximately 88 x 50 x 2 cm
• Type: snuffle mat for scent enrichment and slow feeding
• Material: layered fabric construction with folded flaps and hiding zones

How to use

Place the snuffle mat on a flat, stable surface. Sprinkle small pieces of kibble or treats into the folds and layered sections so they are partially concealed. Supervise initial sessions to ensure your pet uses the mat appropriately and to gauge optimal hiding difficulty. Clean the mat according to the manufacturer's care instructions to maintain hygiene.

What to consider before purchase

• Match the mat size to your pet and available indoor space
• Not designed as a chew-resistant product for aggressive chewers
• Consider treat size and type for safe, controlled feeding

Usage recommendations

Start with short supervised sessions and gradually increase duration as the pet becomes familiar with scent work. Rotate treats and vary hiding patterns to maintain interest, and combine snuffle mat sessions with other enrichment activities for balanced mental and physical stimulation.
